Sr Finance Officer - FP&A

What you will do

• Lead annual financial planning and budgeting cycles across business functions.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Analyse financial and operational performance, cost variances, margins, and cost of goods sold.
• Develop product costing, pricing analysis, business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models.
• Review accounts, accruals, trial balance reconciliations, inventory closing, purchase orders, CAPEX requests, and project costs in the ERP system.
• Improve financial reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models while supporting audits and collaborating with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CIMA, CA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
