QA Engineer

What you will do

• Design tests for new features in networking devices, surveillance products, and cloud management platforms.
• Build and maintain testbed infrastructure.
• Triage automated regression failures, analyze results, and support software release certification.
• Review requirements, specifications, and test plans from a testing perspective.
• Write test procedures, bug descriptions, and test reports.
• Collaborate with R&D to troubleshoot and debug issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant QA experience, including internships, co-op, research, or project experience.
• Understanding of routing and switching protocols, including OSPF, BGP, and IS-IS.
• Understanding of IP, TCP/UDP, and application-layer protocols such as HTTP and SNMP.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate within a team.
• Continuous US work authorization without the need for visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience writing automated test code in Python.
• Experience testing network products.
• Experience with cloud performance testing.
• Software development experience.
