Experienced Deep Learning Optimization Engineer (C++/LLVM) - Compilers Team

What you will do

• Develop and extend an LLVM-based compiler for hirify.global's EyeQ hardware.
• Implement and improve middle-end and back-end compiler optimizations.
• Analyze generated code to improve performance and efficiency.
• Run real-world benchmark analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with chip architects on compiler support for future hardware generations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with C/C++ and Python.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience with low-level, firmware, or embedded software development and debugging.
• Familiarity with compiler technologies, particularly LLVM or MLIR.
• Experience analyzing benchmarks and performance data.
