Linux Embedded Development Expert (C/C++)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded Linux software and firmware for multiple platforms.
• Develop, debug, and optimize kernel drivers for high-performance and reliable embedded systems.
• Perform system-level programming and integration.
• Contribute to the open-source Linux kernel community and follow current best practices.
• Use Git for branching, merging, and repository management.
• Collaborate in code reviews and design discussions while independently solving complex technical problems.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Extensive experience developing kernel drivers and understanding kernel internals.
• Proven experience working with the open-source Linux kernel community.
• Strong Git and source-control skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with storage and NVMe solutions and technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance-optimization skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to embedded or system-level software.
• Experience evaluating AI-assisted tools for code suggestion, static analysis, debugging, or test generation.
