What you will do

• Integrate topological quantum devices, including III-V heterostructures, superconducting materials, and hybrid material systems.
• Develop and execute semiconductor process integration flows across device modules, BEOL interconnect, and heterogeneous integration schemes.
• Coordinate with epitaxy, materials, device engineering, packaging, and design enablement teams to align integration with device performance requirements.
• Analyze defectivity, variability, contamination, interface quality, and electrical and physical characterization data.
• Run design of experiments and support process optimization, yield learning, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Document integration flows, technical assumptions, milestones, performance metrics, and technical learnings.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process or integration engineering.
• Experience with semiconductor device physics, materials interactions, and electrical or physical characterization data.
• Familiarity with advanced materials systems such as III-V semiconductors or superconductors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with epitaxial growth or III-V heterostructures, including MBE or MOCVD.
• Background in superconducting or hybrid semiconductor devices, topological quantum devices, or related research.
• Experience with BEOL integration, interconnect technologies, packaging, or cryogenic device measurements.
• Experience with DOE methodologies, yield analysis, variability modeling, or advanced R&D environments.
