TL;DR

Location: Pasadena, United States; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year, depending on experience; equity offered

What you will do

Design, build, and operate fault-tolerant neutral atom quantum computers.
Build and integrate quantum-computer subsystems across lasers, optics, vacuum, electronics, and mechanical systems.
Work closely with quantum hardware teams to develop and operate integrated hardware.
Contribute at junior, senior, or lead technician level depending on experience.

Requirements

Motivation to build a quantum computer.
Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
On-site work in Pasadena is required.

Prior experience with lasers and optics.
