Retail Trainer

What you will do

• Visit stores regularly to design relevant and targeted training programs for employees.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars.
• Conduct surveys to identify training and development needs across employee and management levels.
• Manage new-hire, launch, refresher, and ongoing retail training programs.
• Monitor training progress, provide feedback, and maintain training materials and databases.
• Identify and develop employee ambassadors and trainers, while sharing user feedback with operations, tech, and engineering.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or in a related role.
• Communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, English, and Kannada are required.
• Strong organizational, team management, interpersonal, analytical, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, instructional software, teaching platforms, and technologies for instructional manuals.
• Ability to identify system strengths and weaknesses and communicate clearly with customers and all levels of management.
