Bilingual Training Designer 2 (Spanish)

Location: Duluth, GA, United States; hybrid position

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop training plans and instructional materials for current and future operations.
• Improve the presentation and facilitation skills of pre-licensing instructors and support Regional Training Coordinators and Coaches.
• Create, translate, and review training content in English and Spanish across manuals, job aids, e-learning, and other media.
• Deliver instructor-led training and conduct Train-the-Trainer courses for new and experienced instructors.
• Assess training needs, instructor performance, and curriculum requirements.
• Maintain and analyze training records, databases, and forms, and contribute to Home Office training meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Adult Education, Business, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and translating Spanish is required.
• Experience in adult education and at least three years of professional training experience.
• Experience with Microsoft and Apple products and e-learning software.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Travel is required on nights and weekends to observe coaches and provide training.

Nice to have

• Instructor experience or industry knowledge in life insurance, securities, or financial services.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products and editing software.
• Knowledge of life insurance.
