Bilingual Training Designer 2 (Spanish)

Location: Hybrid position in Duluth, GA, United States; travel is required on nights and weekends to observe coaches and provide training. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop training plans for current and future PFSU operations.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional materials in English and Spanish across manuals, job aids, e-learning, and other media.
• Deliver instructor-led training and conduct Train-the-Trainer courses for new and experienced instructors.
• Assess training needs and instructor performance through needs analysis, training records, databases, and forms.
• Support Regional Training Coordinators and Coaches with training requests and instructor facilitation.
• Coordinate agenda input for Home Office training meetings and participate in required meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Adult Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and translating Spanish.
• Experience in adult education.
• Three years of experience as a professional trainer.
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft and Apple products and e-learning software.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and practical instructor experience in life insurance, securities, and/or financial industries.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products and editing software.
• Knowledge of life insurance.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain a helpful attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and personnel.
