Location: Torrance, California, United States; frequent overseas travel and 90–120-day deployments to hazardous-duty locations are required.

Salary: $121,400–$142,700 USD annually for roles hired in California.

What you will do

  • Direct remote-site surveys, equipment planning, product delivery, installation, setup, and ongoing field support.
  • Own the logistics lifecycle of deployments, including inventory control, local support contracts, domestic and international shipments, customs, export controls, and dangerous-goods shipping.
  • Maintain, repair, upgrade, and operate site-support equipment such as generators, communications systems, power subsystems, trailers, forklifts, and related assets.
  • Install, integrate, test, sustain, and restore HPM-CUAS systems, including system startup, firmware and software upgrades, fault diagnosis, and LRU replacement.
  • Support field tests and remote-site activities while developing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures and recommending system modifications.
  • Develop and deliver technical training for customers and end users on system operation, care, maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 8–10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing electronics, including surveillance and communications equipment, UAS platforms, drones, and related systems.
  • Field service experience installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, repairing, operating, and training users on equipment.
  • Supply-chain knowledge and experience with domestic and international shipments, test sites, remote work sites, equipment sourcing, and support contracts.
  • 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience with CUAS systems, including RF detection, radar, EO/IR optical systems, and C2 systems.
  • Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one, current SECRET security clearance, and eligibility under ITAR requirements are required.

Nice to have

  • FAA Part 107 certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a collaborative, organized approach.
