Technical Lead, Product Development Engineering (NAND Flash)

Location: Onsite at the Shanghai SNDK Minhang Office, China

What you will do

• Lead NAND Flash product test solution design and comprehensive failure analysis for new product introduction, product qualification, reliability, and customer return cases.
• Identify root causes through electrical, physical, data-driven, and advanced analytical techniques.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis reports and drive corrective actions through closure.
• Design and lead evaluation experiments and data analysis to improve product quality, yield, test coverage, and robustness.
• Provide technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate issue resolution across Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing, and Customer Engineering teams and sites.

Requirements

• Advanced degree and 15+ years of related experience in SSD, NAND Flash, memory, storage, or semiconductor technologies.
• Experience in failure analysis, reliability engineering, or product engineering.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and data analysis skills.
• Experience serving as a technical lead with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive technical issues to closure.
