What you will do

• Define and execute silicon reliability qualification strategies and plans based on rigorous risk assessment.
• Review and verify qualification data for internal and foundry technologies to ensure compliance with NXP standards.
• Implement and validate reliability checks and collateral in collaboration with tools and design teams.
• Conduct reliability stress testing and data analysis on wear-out mechanisms and latent defects.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with technology development, design, and quality teams to address reliability risks.
• Investigate reliability-related anomalies and integrate lessons learned into future qualification plans.

Requirements

• MSc/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, technology qualification, or reliability physics.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, reliability modeling, and statistics.
• Experience with circuit design and product stressing in Digital, Mixed Signal, RF, or High Voltage domains.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
