Salary: $175,000–$210,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Oversee production across a large client or multiple clients, delivering websites, native applications, PWAs, and systems integrations.
• Build executive-level client relationships and navigate complex discussions about scope, alignment, and team performance.
• Own project and client-work outcomes, maintaining delivery health throughout engagements.
• Manage scoping, team oversight, financial performance, and business development efforts.
• Establish delivery best practices, optimize workflows, and develop scalable production processes.
• Coach and mentor project and program managers while fostering cross-discipline collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience applying or adapting different project management methodologies to client needs.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable delivery plans.
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience driving operational excellence, production strategy, and successful client outcomes.
• Leadership grounded in accountability, humility, continuous learning, and team empowerment.
