Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote within the United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship and transfer of employment visa sponsorship are not available.

Salary: $104,700–$125,200 USD annually, plus equity and applicable bonuses or commission.

What you will do

• Lead strategic technical programs and core business system initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements and create PRDs and user stories.
• Define milestones, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and remove blockers to ensure predictable delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional syncs, status updates, and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate core systems and identify opportunities to scale workflows, improve application capabilities, and increase productivity.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations.
• Experience translating ambiguous business requests into technical documentation, including process maps and PRDs.
• Proficiency with project management and issue-tracking platforms such as JIRA, including engineering workflows and sprint cycles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder influence, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build consensus and drive collaboration across distinct internal teams.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Quantitative and data analysis experience using system telemetry and application usage data for roadmap decisions.
• Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes or interface mockups to visualize workflows and guide frontend adjustments.
