End User Computing (EUC) Engineer (Microsoft Intune): Designing, deploying, and supporting secure endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices with an accent on device lifecycle management, software deployment, and Microsoft 365 support. Focus on automating endpoint administration with PowerShell, remediating vulnerabilities, and solving complex Tier 2/3 user and device issues.

What you will do
- Design, deploy, and maintain endpoint solutions for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Manage provisioning, application deployment, patching, updates, and software distribution using Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot.
- Manage the procurement, configuration, deployment, inventory, and decommissioning of end-user hardware.
- Support Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications, troubleshoot operating system and application issues, and ensure device compatibility.
- Enforce endpoint security standards, validate patches, and support vulnerability remediation and compliance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support, develop documentation, automate administrative tasks with PowerShell, and improve service desk resolution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in End User Computing or Desktop Engineering.
- Strong Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting experience, including endpoint management and Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and deployment experience, plus PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, Group Policy, endpoint security best practices, and modern device management.
- Ability to support Windows, macOS, iOS/Android devices, virtualization or VDI environments, global environments, and remote users.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ITIL.
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate or MD-102 certification.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
- Experience with Windows 365, Citrix, ServiceNow, BitLocker, or Defender.
