Systems Engineer II (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Zoom, and Box for enterprise collaboration.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, RBAC, and directory synchronization.
• Administer Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including enrollment, configuration, application deployment, and Windows Autopilot.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or VMware Horizon environments for remote and hybrid workers.
• Maintain endpoint security baselines, patching, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, DLP, compliance, and device health monitoring.
• Support enterprise AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, while collaborating with network, application, governance, and security teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of systems engineering or enterprise IT administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager, endpoint security, and device management across multiple operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, GPO management, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, SSO, MFA, and federation.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting tools, plus ServiceNow or another ITSM platform.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified MD-102, Azure Administrator AZ-104, or equivalent certification.
