Endpoint Engineer - 857

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, United States; on-site attendance is required, with remote work permitted up to 2 days per week with approval. Candidates must be U.S. Persons. Due to national security requirements, People's Republic of China or Russian nationals must also be U.S. citizens.

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, operating systems, applications, drivers, and mobile devices.
• Manage endpoint configuration, desktop imaging, application packaging and deployment, patching, and system optimization.
• Deploy and administer Mobile Device Management solutions for smartphones and tablets.
• Support Microsoft, Mac, and Linux endpoints across a geographically distributed enterprise.
• Collaborate with engineering, enterprise applications, support, leadership, stakeholders, and end users on infrastructure projects and continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation, respond to after-hours incidents, and support hardware refreshes and software upgrades.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in heterogeneous desktop and endpoint administration in enterprise-level, geographically distributed environments.
• At least 5 years of experience with desktop imaging, deployment, patch management, service optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience as an endpoint engineer or in a similar role, preferably with Mobile Device Management.
• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Defender for Endpoint, and Intune.
• Experience supporting Mac and/or Linux endpoints at enterprise level.
• High School Diploma or GED minimum; must be a U.S. Person.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, ITIL, or CompTIA A+ certification.
• Experience with JAMF, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, VDI technologies, endpoint security, ITSM, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience building Microsoft Intune environments from the ground up.
