Senior Software Engineers (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, from understanding business requirements through production deployment.
• Build user interfaces, design APIs, and architect backend services across the full stack.
• Use AI coding tools throughout ideation, implementation, and testing.
• Investigate production issues, debug complex systems, and work in unfamiliar codebases.
• Make autonomous technical decisions and contribute to architecture and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to solve user problems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and an established practice of using them to improve development output.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make technical decisions with high-level guidance.
• Product-focused mindset and ability to ship and iterate on working software.
• Strong communication skills, tenacity, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial services, trading systems, or wealth management platforms.
• Background in high-availability system design and real-time data processing.
• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and compliance.
