Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site 5 days per week

hirify.global is building an AI-native ERP and proprietary general ledger for private markets, combining fund administration with investor portals, portfolio management, KPI collection, and workflow automation.

What you will do

• Build full-stack products end-to-end across frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI, and deployment.
• Develop AI-powered automation for fund administration workflows.
• Design and implement infrastructure supporting private markets assets and complex investment data.
• Make architecture and technical decisions directly alongside the CTO.
• Own shipped products and solve problems without relying on detailed specifications or dedicated QA support.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Production experience building or integrating LLM and AI workflows.
• High ownership and the ability to independently identify and solve problems.
• TypeScript/Next.js, Supabase/Postgres, AWS, and Trigger.dev are used in the stack.

Nice to have

• Fintech or accounting software experience.
• Experience with data-intensive backend systems in healthtech, insurance, finance, or loans.
• Seed-to-Series B startup experience.
