What you will do

• Work with founders and senior leaders to turn ideas into validated experiments.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and user needs.
• Build hypotheses, execute experiments, validate results, and support scaling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive actionable initiatives.
• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership.
• Support strategic projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Prior startup-building or startup internship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• First-principles problem-solving approach, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and identify creative solutions to potential problems.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools.
