Lending Manager (Utah)

Location: Remote candidates accepted; occasional travel to Charlotte may be required.

Compensation: $15 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license.
• Complete required annual continuing education.
• Support the business licensing function within the legal department.
• Maintain communication with the legal department regarding licensing matters.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license.
• Have at least 3 years of active, full-time licensed lending experience within the past 5 years.
• Have originated at least 45 first-lien residential mortgages.
• Have no revoked loan originator license in any governmental jurisdiction.
• Meet the required standards for felony history, financial responsibility, character, and general fitness under applicable licensing rules.
