What you will do

• Serve as a lending expert for financial advisors to optimize client liquidity and balance sheets.
• Own the full transaction lifecycle from opportunity assessment and design through underwriting, approval, and funding.
• Manage a pipeline across securities-based, personal, business, and specialty lending solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
• Analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, time to close) to improve platform scalability and experience.
• Influence product strategy by providing market insights and validating new lending offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• FINRA Series 7 license (must be held at time of application or obtained within 90 days of hire).
• 6+ years of financial services experience, including 4+ years in lending transaction management.
• Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check.
• Exceptional advisor-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at a private bank or wealth management lender.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
