What you will do

• Manage a mortgage or consumer lending department or major business unit.
• Oversee 15+ employees, including supervisors and operations managers.
• Plan, lead, analyze, and report on department operations and results.
• Implement more efficient methods, procedures, and policy changes.
• Lead department- and division-level projects and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Manage contingency planning, regulatory compliance, budgeting, staffing, performance, and employee development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four to five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least four years of operations experience.
• At least four years of supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of business operations, applicable regulations, and affiliated technology.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
