What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from initial scoping to closing offers for a generalist book of business.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to sharpen hiring briefs, refine interview processes, and improve decision-making quality.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles to ensure high standards are met regardless of urgency.
• Utilize data to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-close to optimize recruiting workflows.
• Pressure test hire decisions and hold a high bar for talent, providing critical feedback to leadership.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that accurately reflects the company's brand and values.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience across a mix of agencies and fast-growing product companies.
• Strong background in either technical or GTM (Go-To-Market) recruiting.
• Must be able to work full-time in person from the New York office.
• Analytical fluency with the ability to use metrics to drive better hiring decisions.
• First-principles thinking and a bias toward improving outdated processes.
• Clear, direct communication skills for interacting with candidates and executive leadership.
