What you will do
- Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for Sales and Deployment Strategy roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to define requirements for Deployment Strategists and enterprise Account Executives.
- Represent in the enterprise go-to-market recruiting community and communicate its AI research mission.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies for enterprise sales and deployment talent.
- Improve and scale recruiting processes while maintaining a high and inclusive talent bar.
- Track AI go-to-market hiring trends and evaluate commercial talent using relevant market insight.
Requirements
- Full life cycle recruiting experience supporting go-to-market and commercial teams.
- Experience evaluating talent across enterprise sales and deployment work in complex, technical selling environments.
- Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude and Codex to build lightweight recruiting tools, scripts, and automations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to connect complex product capabilities to hiring outcomes.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-stakes frontier technology environment.
- Ability to work on-site in New York.
