Forward Deployed Software Engineer, Internship - Commercial (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States; on-site. The role may require 25–50% travel depending on the team and location.

Salary: $10,000/month.

What you will do

• Deploy software and AI into high-stakes operations for commercial customers.
• Build custom applications, LLM workflows, and production solutions for specific customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture and design decisions.
• Work with data at large scale and develop solutions beyond existing product boundaries.
• Own projects end-to-end, from customer conversations through product delivery.
• Manage relationships with users, stakeholders, and executives.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• On-site work from the New York office is required.
