Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site at the NYC office; paid relocation support is available for moving to NYC.

Compensation: $200,000–$270,000 per year, plus equity and up to a 40% annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation.
• Translate operational and financial workflows into scalable product features.
• Build integrations with customer systems, data sources, retailer portals, and freight portals.
• Extend the platform for complex financial workflows.
• Develop AI-powered document ingestion, analytics and forecasting pipelines, internal tools, and customer-facing features.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with product and engineering to address them.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Comfort working directly with customers and solving ambiguous problems.
• Experience with backend or full-stack development using Rails, Python, TypeScript, React, or Vue.
• Ability to work on integrations, data sources, and production software.
• Availability to work on-site in NYC or relocate to NYC.

• Strong communication and product intuition.

• Computer science degree or equivalent experience.
