Solutions Engineer (Cloud Native)

What you will do

• Understand prospective customers' needs and pain points and design solutions using Dapr, hirify.global products, and open-source technologies.
• Create and deliver customer demos and build proof-of-concept solutions in multiple programming languages.
• Provide architecture guidance for cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and applications running across clouds and platforms.
• Onboard customers to hirify.global products and help them adopt Dapr in greenfield and brownfield applications.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to validate opportunities and bring customer insights into product development.
• Gather feedback, scope feature requests into user stories, and inform product and leadership priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or in a similar technical customer-facing role.
• Experience designing and building enterprise applications and solutions.
• Strong understanding of computer science principles, with a focus on distributed systems.
• Solid development experience with at least one of Java, .NET, or Go, plus good experience with Node and Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container-based systems.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to adapt priorities quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud providers.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Express, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Experience contributing to open-source software.
• Experience with Dapr.
