Manager, Strategic Logistics – LATAM

What you will do

• Develop freight and logistics strategies covering costs, quality, capacity, and service across LATAM, including Brazil.
• Lead contracts, sourcing, and negotiations for ocean and air freight, land transport, warehousing, and transloading services.
• Scout, analyze, and qualify carriers and service providers to optimize capacity, cost, and supply chain diversification.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Project Management to optimize landed costs and meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain service-provider relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews, and measure performance.
• Implement logistics processes, resolve escalations, and monitor regulatory changes affecting operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with multimodal logistics pricing and compliance across ocean, rail, truck, air, and customs brokerage.
• Experience focused on LATAM markets, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, creative, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
