What you will do

• Support carrier sourcing initiatives and manage bidding events to expand the network.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new carrier partners.
• Analyze transportation market trends, capacity, and pricing to support procurement decisions.
• Negotiate transportation rates and manage contract execution.
• Monitor carrier performance and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate with Operations, Capacity, Pricing, and Sales teams to support customer opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Monterrey, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with TMS platforms.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing and transportation market trends.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel to the U.S. as business needs require.
