Senior Product Manager (Cryptocurrency)

Location: Canada; hybrid work with in-office collaboration at the Etobicoke office every Wednesday and Friday

Salary: CAD 115,000–130,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for the Integrations team, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with Engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, resolve tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality integrations.
• Translate ambiguous product needs into problem statements, product requirements, MVP definitions, and execution plans.
• Evaluate new product opportunities, including feasibility, expected impact, build costs, risks, and success criteria.
• Lead approved initiatives from concept through prototype and launch while aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and use data, customer feedback, and market insights to guide product decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager and preferably 5–6+ years of overall product management experience.
• Product management experience in a technical environment, ideally involving platforms, integrations, infrastructure, fintech, cryptocurrency, or developer tools.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset transaction flows.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and MSB regulations.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, system architecture, partner dependencies, and infrastructure-related tradeoffs.
• Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto, blockchain, digital assets, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, custody, or payments.
• Experience managing integrations with external partners, APIs, protocols, platforms, or technical vendors.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
• Experience launching 0-to-1 products or new product lines.
• Technical background or experience working with executive teams on product strategy and opportunity evaluation.
