Senior Product Manager, B2B (Auth0)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work

Annual salary: $146,000–$200,200 CAD, plus equity where applicable, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the Enterprise Connections and B2B Connect product areas for Auth0's enterprise federation offering.
• Modularize B2B capabilities so customers can adopt features without completing a full identity migration.
• Build and drive the B2B standards roadmap, considering regional and industry-specific identity requirements.
• Research and prototype identity and tenancy solutions, assess market viability, and use customer feedback and telemetry to refine strategy.
• Work with engineering and design to define requirements, APIs, detailed specifications, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Improve the experience of B2B administrators and software developers while upholding security, architecture, and design standards.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience leading as a Product Manager or Engineering Team Lead and 8 years in technology, IT, or software.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or completion of an Engineering Bootcamp program.
• Experience developing on or working with B2B SaaS applications and multi-tenant architectures.
• Deep understanding of identity and directory protocols, including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
• Experience with API design, detailed technical specifications, and data analysis using SQL or BI tools.
• Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate product work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in agile development environments.
• Strong customer interview and people skills.
• Ability to travel within the US or Canada for customer conversations or research.
