Senior Product Manager (ICM Operations)

Salary: CAD 140,000–180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and execution for core services and business intelligence capabilities.
• Translate customer, leadership, and operational input into structured business problems, use cases, user flows, and product ideas.
• Partner with engineering, operations, leadership, and marketing to shape features, prioritize investments, and coordinate releases.
• Improve workflows spanning approvals, ticketing, policy engines, claims management, and administrative tooling.
• Define scalable reporting and data exploration capabilities, including dashboards, visualizations, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Gather feedback, define success metrics, communicate product direction, and deliver improvements through launch.

Requirements

• Comprehensive experience using and building business intelligence tools, ticketing systems, and administrative tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data visualization practices and scalable dashboard design.
• Experience owning a product area end to end and converting ambiguous inputs into clear requirements and user flows.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and make pragmatic, decisive, outcome-focused decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
