What you will do

• Take ownership of the planning, conception, and execution of global trade fair appearances and large-scale events.
• Manage complex projects including roadshows and location openings, coordinating internal teams and external service providers.
• Ensure budgets, timelines, and high quality standards are met for all event activities.
• Act as the central interface between management, product, and sales to maximize event reach and lead generation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success and provide strategic recommendations for future event portfolios.
• Proactively identify and secure relevant placement opportunities to expand the global event network.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in managing complex, international events and trade fair appearances.
• Proven track record in conceiving, budgeting, and executing large-scale projects.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to position events as a central lever in the marketing mix.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• English: Fluent communication and negotiation skills required.
• German: Fluency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
