What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major international exhibitions such as ILA, DSEI, and MSC.
• Coordinate complex event logistics, including booth concepts, demos, and on-site execution.
• Align the company's public presence with go-to-market, business development, and communication goals.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers for PR, digital, AV, and logistics.
• Liaise with government, military, and institutional stakeholders to ensure proper protocol.
• Conduct post-event analysis including KPIs and ROI to inform future investment decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in event management or as a Project Manager for large-scale formats.
• Professional background in the defence, security, aerospace, or technology sectors.
• Fluent in German and English (C1), both written and verbal.
• Experience managing external agencies and multiple high-level stakeholders.
• Full mobility and availability for travel.

• Proven experience managing complex international exhibition logistics.
• Deep understanding of defence industry culture and operational sensitivities.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
• Ability to remain calm and organized under high pressure.
