Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do
- Own field marketing strategy and execution across New York and the US, using events as the primary growth channel.
- Set and report on targets for sourced pipeline, booked meetings, cost per opportunity, and event performance.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event campaigns with SDRs and AEs, including account targeting, invitations, on-site conversations, follow-up, and CRM attribution.
- Conceptualize and produce partner dinners, conference activations, side events, and other high-quality formats.
- Lead conference presence from concept through execution, including booth design, partnerships, logistics, and on-site delivery.
- Manage venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, production, and relationships with event partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running events as a demand generation channel at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup.
- Proven experience owning conference presence end to end and converting events into measurable pipeline.
- Hands-on collaboration with sales teams on event-driven outreach.
- Experience using CRM systems for attribution and reporting.
- Strong operational ownership across vendors, budgets, logistics, and delivery under pressure.
- Strong creative judgment, relationship-building skills, and comfort hosting founders, operators, and senior marketers.
Nice to have
- Experience producing premium dinners, summits, or invite-only events from scratch.
- Established vendor and venue network across New York.
- Network in New York's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem.
- Strong sensitivity to brand, design, atmosphere, and positioning.
