Events Lead (AI)

Location: On-site in London, UK; events and travel across the US, Europe, and Asia, including London, New York, and Munich.

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 annually, plus significant equity.

What you will do

• Own the global events strategy across go-to-market, talent, and brand, measuring return on event spend.
• Lead Solve’s presence at more than 70 sponsored industry conferences each year across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Build the annual flagship event from concept and partnerships through content and on-the-day execution.
• Organize founder dinners, customer roundtables, socials, product launches, hackathons, technical meetups, and university partnerships.
• Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, run-of-show, attendee research, follow-up, and post-event attribution.
• Use AI and collaborate with RevOps engineers to connect event workflows with HubSpot and Ashby.

Requirements

• Track record of running memorable conferences, summits, hackathons, or community events end-to-end.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable contribution to pipeline, revenue, or hiring.
• Strong operational rigor across vendors, budgets, logistics, execution, and follow-up.
• Comfort coordinating events across three continents and traveling internationally when required.
• Exceptionally clear written and verbal communication.
• Must work on-site in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
• Experience launching an annual flagship event from scratch.
• Background in hackathons, developer events, AI, or developer tools.
• IP or legal-sector familiarity and a network in AI, technology, or enterprise events.
• Fluency with HubSpot, Ashby, Zapier or n8n, and event platforms such as Hopin, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
