Analytics & AI Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Candidates must be within commutable distance of the Vancouver office, with flexible in-office days

Salary: $92,000–$115,000 CAD annually plus applicable bonus

What you will do

• Lead the technical implementation of Talent Acquisition data, including schema design, historical data migration, data auditing, and integrity controls.
• Partner with IT and Enterprise Data teams to manage TA data pipelines in Snowflake and write optimized SQL queries across disparate datasets.
• Build, maintain, and improve dynamic dashboards and automated reporting in Power BI or Tableau.
• Design, test, and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, LLM-based solutions, and API integrations for TA operations.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly TA metrics, narrative reports, and dashboards for leadership, Finance, HRBPs, and regional TA stakeholders.
• Develop capacity models, hiring velocity forecasts, pipeline bottleneck analytics, and studies connecting interview data with job performance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or systems operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with complex SQL queries, relational databases, and dynamic dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced experience using Claude or similar LLMs to analyze data, build reports, and prototype technical solutions.
• Practical understanding of prompt engineering, API connections, AI agents, and automated workflows.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Availability within commutable distance of the Vancouver office and willingness to work flexible in-office days.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition data structures and schemas.
• Experience with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake.
• Experience building integrations or orchestrating workflows with the hirify.global platform.
