Business Intelligence Analyst (SaaS)

Salary: $80,000–$117,700 CAD

What you will do

• Build and maintain operational dashboards and recurring reports for go-to-market stakeholders.
• Use SQL in Snowflake to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to monitor performance.
• Partner with data engineering teams on data modeling needs using dbt or similar workflows.
• Implement AI tools to accelerate exploratory analysis, automate reporting, and summarize trends.
• Define and document metric logic and data sources to ensure a trusted source of truth for the organization.
• Investigate metric anomalies and data quality issues, providing clear recommendations for next steps.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, GTM analytics, or revenue operations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to gather business requirements from ambiguous asks and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, CS, DS, or a related field.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SaaS subscription metrics such as retention, conversion, and customer lifecycle.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Experience creating self-service analytics resources and dashboard guides.
