Analyst, Advanced Analytics

TL;DR

Analyst, Advanced Analytics (Finance): Planning, designing, developing, and deploying reporting and analytics across the organization with an accent on marketing, sales campaign analysis, and advanced statistical/AI models. Focus on evaluating sales and marketing effectiveness using data mining techniques, prototyping new analytical tools, and augmenting management reporting.

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 base + performance bonus

What you will do

• Conduct marketing, events, and sales campaign analysis including A/B tests and pre/post evaluations
• Support targeted sales and marketing campaigns
• Participate in customer-level analytical and research projects
• Research and prototype advanced statistical and AI models
• Handle ad-hoc analysis, data extraction, and information gathering requests
• Develop new analytical tools and techniques
• Augment periodic management reporting
• Collaborate with tech teams to resolve data, environment, and implementation issues

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Math/Statistics, or Computer Science (or equivalent)
• 2-3+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with statistical modeling (linear/logistic regression, decision trees, clustering, time series forecasting)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Knime, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate results to management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial services and investment industry
• Experience in data pipeline design, GIS software, Python model development
• Certifications in MS Office, SAS, KNIME, Snowflake, Tableau
