Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $120,000 to $150,000

What you will do

• Design, develop and maintain Python-based data pipelines, automation scripts and internal analytics tools.
• Build and optimize data transformations, models and workflows in Snowflake and Informatica Cloud.
• Convert spreadsheet-based models into scalable Python and Snowflake solutions and automate reporting, validation and workflows.
• Partner with Product team to support analytics for competitor analysis, performance reporting, risk ratings and research.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI or SAP Business Objects.
• Collaborate with BI, IT and Product teams on platform administration, data security and governance.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Data Engineering, BI Analytics or related role. Current work authorization for Canada required.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake including data modeling, SQL and performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational/cloud data platforms.
• Experience building data pipelines, automation or analytics tools; Tableau preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting analytics for financial products or capital markets.
• BI platform administration (Tableau Cloud, Power BI Service, SAP BO).
• Informatica Cloud, orchestration tools or AWS services (S3, IAM, Lambda).
