Material Planner (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global production facility in Los Angeles, United States. U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data. Travel of up to 25% is expected.

Salary: $85,000–$130,000 estimated annual base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own demand planning and on-time delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, production control, and suppliers to maintain accurate forecasts and timely orders.
• Monitor supply base risk, inventory risk, and potential material shortages, reporting issues to leadership.
• Perform proactive problem solving and root cause analysis with vendors.
• Create and place orders based on production schedules and conduct scenario planning for different build variations.
• Develop and maintain material planning best practices in systems such as MRP and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant fast-paced industry with a demonstrated record of success and on-time delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
