Sr. Product Operations Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $125,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate new product features and enhance critical systems.
• Perform technical analysis of new capabilities to determine their effectiveness for Falcon Complete integration.
• Lead strategic initiatives and prioritize requests based on operational needs and customer pain points.
• Manage Agile workflows, including stand-ups, capacity planning, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and process-based documentation.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of operational integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations or Product Management.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing AI technologies to improve workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
