Sr. Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the strategy for detecting and prioritizing risk across all identity types, including humans, service accounts, and AI agents.
• Develop the workflow for closing the loop from finding to fix, determining the balance between automation and human intervention.
• Create a comprehensive model of how accounts, groups, devices, and workloads connect to reveal concentrated risks.
• Integrate identity risk context across the security stack to inform detections, alerts, and access decisions.
• Utilize agentic AI tooling for research, analysis, specification iteration, and customer synthesis.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in a hybrid office setup.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of bringing products from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
• Deep technical expertise in IAM, identity governance, and privileged access.
• Fluency in core identity protocols such as oAuth, OIDC, and SAML, as well as non-human identity (NHI) governance.
• Practical familiarity with identity providers (Entra ID, Okta, Ping) and cloud IAM models (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to rapidly mock and iterate on ideas using tools like Claude Code, Lovable, or Replit.

Nice to have

• Background in SIEM, SOAR, or detection engineering.
• Prior experience in adversarial thinking, red-teaming, or threat modeling.
• Experience at a large enterprise security team or a CrowdStrike competitor.
• Ability to treat compliance requirements as a core product design constraint.
