What you will do

• Advise financial institutions on best practices for integrating and delivering the hirify.global platform.
• Configure hirify.global product features and recommend when to use standard functionality or customization.
• Extend the hirify.global data model and design solutions using Salesforce and hirify.global UX and security mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot configuration, environment, and promotion issues using configuration reviews, debug logs, and Chrome tools.
• Conduct feature quality control and testing while collaborating across teams on product configuration.
• Use AI tools and insights to automate routine tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years with a master’s or advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce.com architecture experience.
• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Experience defining and implementing solution, information, technical, and application architecture solutions.
• Knowledge of data encryption methods and common integrations, with an understanding of DevOps.
• Ability to deliver high-quality solutions for banking customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoRABIT, Copado, SFX, or Jira.
• Experience with loan origination or servicing systems and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Willingness to travel when required.
