Finance Transformation Manager

Location: Hybrid position requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Available locations are Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, Philadelphia, and Arlington, United States. Travel of up to 30% may be required.

Salary: $147,200–$196,880 base salary.

What you will do

• Analyze client finance and operations processes, identify gaps, and design solutions that improve cost, cycle time, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Define business requirements and implement sustainable finance process and reporting models aligned with business needs.
• Manage client engagements, including scheduling, delegation, financial tracking, quality reviews, performance reviews, and client communication.
• Develop proposals, thought leadership materials, and business development activities while meeting sales and utilization targets.
• Collaborate with client management, managers, and partners to resolve issues and deliver transformation outcomes.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate project staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting for cross-industry clients or in finance functions within industry.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Strong analytical, quantitative analysis, business case development, facilitation, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with process analysis, reporting and business intelligence, data analysis, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of close-the-books processes, charts of accounts, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and financial benchmarking.
