Finance Transformation Senior Associate (Finance)

Location: Charlotte, Chicago, New York, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, or Arlington, United States; hybrid attendance required at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Travel of up to 30% may be required.

Salary: $110,400–$140,760 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, define requirements, and identify gaps for remediation.
• Transform clients’ finance and operations functions, including process design and reporting.
• Design and implement sustainable operating models that streamline operations and support business needs.
• Perform cost, cycle-time, quantitative, and business case analysis.
• Work directly with clients as a day-to-day relationship contact and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Support proposals, business development calls, client relationships, and targeted utilization goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial management, consulting, or a related field.
• Consulting experience in financial services with a focus on finance.
• Experience with process analysis, reporting and business intelligence, data analysis, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of close-the-books processes, chart of accounts, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and financial benchmarking.
• Knowledge of banking operations and related regulatory issues, with strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, and prioritization skills.
