Manager, Professional Services Region (Cloud Storage)

Location: Morrisville, North Carolina, United States, or Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; hybrid work environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations

Salary: $148,000–$191,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package

What you will do

• Lead a two-tiered Services and Consulting organization delivering hirify.global solutions.
• Work with Sales, Software Engineering, Project Management, Consulting, and Customer Success teams to deliver services and grow the regional business.
• Manage customer satisfaction, the installed base, customer-facing meetings, and regional best-practice adoption.
• Plan budgets, manage expenses, track financial targets, forecast revenue recognition, and report financial performance.
• Promote Professional Services offerings and improve delivery documents, processes, tools, and operations.
• Lead or contribute to AI initiatives, adoption programs, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of field-based services management experience; 12 or more years of related experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and managing or growing a Professional Services consulting practice.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with consulting, residency, Managed Services, storage, and cloud storage.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, customer, business, negotiation, and financial management skills.
• Experience in partner management, operations, project management, and distributed environments.
