International Affairs Management Consultant

Location: Arlington, United States — hybrid. U.S. citizenship is required, with no exceptions. The role requires Public Trust Clearance / DHS Suitability.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year in the United States.

What you will do

• Engage client stakeholders, solve complex problems, evaluate alternatives, and provide recommendations.
• Manage the full life cycle of international events, including logistics, briefing materials, partner engagement, leadership coordination, and requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with interagency and overseas government partners.
• Support reporting, internal and external communications, written materials, data analysis, and strategic planning.
• Present briefing materials and project reviews to senior audiences and respond to questions professionally.
• Plan, develop, and implement concepts and strategies for international projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, government affairs, communications, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience supporting international work or government affairs through government, NGO, private-sector, or study-abroad experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and consulting facilitation skills.
• U.S. citizenship and Public Trust Clearance / DHS Suitability are required.
