Site HR Business Partner

Location: Must work full-time on-site at the Arizona operations site, United States

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 annually, plus potential equity compensation

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and a member of the site leadership team.
• Own the site people strategy and translate business priorities into practical plans.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent planning, and succession planning.
• Coach leaders through performance management, organizational change, and complex people decisions.
• Lead employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and performance conversations.
• Use workforce data and operational insights to improve organizational performance and build scalable ways of working.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience supporting operational or frontline organizations.
• Experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, pharmacy, healthcare, or another complex operational environment.
• Strong experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, organizational change, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to use workforce data and business insights to influence decisions and drive action.
• Strong coaching, influencing, judgment, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; full-time on-site work in Arizona is required.
