What you will do
- Support the CEO and CTO with daily priorities, schedule coordination, preparation of materials, and administrative operations.
- Prepare, structure, and follow up on executive meetings and board interactions.
- Coordinate agendas, documentation, scheduling, and action-item tracking.
- Manage information flow to and from the CEO and CTO and ensure timely communication of relevant updates.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably from a top university.
- Strong interest in supporting top-level executives in a dynamic environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering impact.
- High level of trustworthiness when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
